**Security Monitoring**:
- Patrol hotel premises regularly to ensure security and detect any suspicious activities or unauthorized persons.
- Monitor surveillance cameras and alarm systems to identify potential security threats.
- Conduct security checks of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas to ensure compliance with hotel policies.
- Report any security breaches, incidents, or safety hazards to management promptly.
- **Guest and Employee Safety**:
- Assist guests and employees in need of security assistance, including escorting guests to their rooms or vehicles as requested.
- Provide directions and assistance to guests and visitors, ensuring they feel safe and comfortable during their stay.
- Respond to medical emergencies, accidents, or other incidents, administering first aid or contacting emergency services as necessary.
- Enforce hotel safety and security policies, including fire safety protocols and evacuation procedures.
- **Crowd Control and Access Management**:
- Control access to the hotel premises, ensuring that only authorized individuals enter designated areas.
- Monitor guest entrances and exits, checking for valid identification and screening guests as necessary.
- Manage crowd flow during peak times, special events, or emergencies to prevent overcrowding and maintain order.
- **Emergency Response**:
- Respond promptly to alarms, disturbances, or other emergencies, taking appropriate action to mitigate risks and ensure the safety of guests and employees.
- Conduct thorough investigations of security incidents, documenting findings and providing recommendations for improvement.
- **Loss Prevention**:
- Implement and enforce measures to prevent theft, vandalism, and other criminal activities on hotel property.
- Conduct routine inspections of hotel facilities to identify security vulnerabilities and address them proactively.
- Collaborate with management and other departments to develop and implement security strategies and training programs.
- **Report Writing and Documentation**:
- Maintain accurate and detailed logs of security activities, including patrols, incidents, and investigations.
- Prepare written reports documenting security incidents, violations, and resolutions.
- Assist with the collection of evidence and information for legal proceedings, if necessary.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM1,600.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
