To perform Manual Arc Welding (SMAW/FCAW) in all position
To perform welding using the Submerged Arc Welding machine.
To operate Furnace for Heat Treatment Process after Welding.
Maintaining QMS records - Welder continuity records, WDS records.
To read, understand and follow all safe work practices and procedures for Welding machinery and equipment.
Ensure production timelines are met and components are thoroughly checked over.
Must ensure that safety rules and guidelines are followed
Practice 5S per Shop Standard requirements
