**Job Title: A-CDM Ramp Display Support - First Level** **Support - Fresh Entry level**

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. First Level Technical Support**:

- Serve as the initial point of contact for technical issues related to A-CDM ramp display systems.
- Provide prompt and effective first-level support for Oracle Cloud Infrastructure services (OCI), SQL database, server, and network-related concerns.

**2. Issue Identification and Resolution**:

- Escalate complex issues to higher-level support or relevant teams when necessary.

**3. Oracle Database Management**:

- Monitor and manage Oracle Cloud Infrastructure services (OCI) supporting A-CDM systems.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks for SQL databases, including backups, updates, and optimization.

**4. Server and Network Support**:

- Administer server configurations and ensure their optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve network-related issues affecting A-CDM ramp display systems.

**5. Collaboration with IT Teams**:

- Work closely with IT teams and vendors to address technical challenges and implement solutions.
- Provide detailed information to assist higher-level support in resolving escalated issues.

**6. Documentation**:

- Maintain detailed documentation of common issues, resolutions, and troubleshooting procedures.
- Contribute to the knowledge base for future reference and training purposes.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure services (OCI), SQL databases, network protocols and Linux.
- Ability to analyse and troubleshoot technical issues effectively.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Melayu (written and spoken) and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- **Willing to work on 24/7 rotational shifts and weekends.**
- Fresh graduates are highly recommended.
- **Shift allowance RM250 plus Overtime Pay**
