Marketing Executive

2. Develop, implement, and support strategic marketing initiatives to promote the company services.

3. Engage with customers to understand their needs and deliver exceptional value and service plus outdoor sales and customers visits are required.

4. Good negotiation skills with customers.

5. Target market penetration into private sector, MNC or GLC in promoting our service including project inquiry and follow-up on their requirements

6. Weekly review of sales performance and taking corrective action to ensure targets are met.

7. Display efficiency in gathering market and customer information, negotiating with pricing to close deals.

8. Sales planning and forecasting along with weekly sales report, keeping track of payments and recoveries cycle.

9. Able to work well with internal team for good sales-support.

10. Reporting to Director

Qualifications:
1. Diploma or bachelor's degree from a recognized University, Sales & Marketing background is preferable.

2. Proven 1-2 years experience as a Marketing Executive or similar role

3. Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, PowerPoint and Excel

4. Experience in business development and partnerships management will be an advantage.

5. Excellent communication and people skills

6. Customer-focused mindset and commitment to delivering quality service.

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Sepang: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

- Bahasa Malaysia (preferred)
- English (preferred)

License/Certification:

- Car license (preferred)

Willingness to travel:

- 100% (preferred)
