- Efficiently process orders and coordinate deliveries - Inventory management - Accounting support including Preparing sales order, invoice, and purchase orders in the ICS accounting software;
- Timely update the payment status into the system and prepare respective documents - Handle ad-hoc request from management when needed *Working Hour* = 8.30am - 5:30pm ( Monday - Friday ) & = 9:00am - 1:00pm ( Saturday) Job Highlights 5 1/2 days work Alternate Saturday
