Our Client is an established company providing accounting and taxation advisory services.

Position: Admin cum Accounts Assistant
Location: Connaught Cheras, KL

**Responsibilities**:

- Process general administration functions.
- Coordinate communication between clients and accounting staff.
- Responsible to receive and verify bills and requisitions for goods and services.
- Create and manage daily paperwork for mailing as well as invoicing.
- Organize and maintain the office files.
- To prepare reports and reconciliation schedules
- To learn to prepare full sets accounts
- To assist in Inventory related functions and reports compilation
- To assist in monthly & yearly accounts closing
- To assist in daily & ad-hoc finance activities
- Extensive training will be provided for the first 3 months and on-going trainings on a regular basis.

**Requirements**:

- Min Diploma in Admin/Finance
- Min 1 years(s) working experience in administration/finance
- A team player and able to work with minimum supervision.
- Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadline.
- Bahasa Malaysia, English & Mandarin or Cantonese.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

REMUNERATION PACKAGES:

- Basic: RM 2, 000 - RM 3, 000 (depending on experiences)
- EPF, SOCSO, EIS: Yes
- Working Days: Monday to Friday
- Working time: 9.00am - 6.00pm
