Account Admin Assistant

Assist on financial statement and reports.
- Responsible for day-to-day finance and accounts administration tasks.
- Process account payable and accounts receivable transaction and documentation.
- Reconcile bank statement and financial records.
- Provide administrative support when needed.
- Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, stock in and stock out documentation, etc.
- Maintain proper record and organization of filling system.
- Manage day to day admin operations at the office
- To perform general duties like typing, filing, photocopying, mailing, receiving, calculate of monthly overtime, checking daily attendance and etc.
- Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
