**Job Title**:Account cum Admin Executive

**Working Hours**: 9 am to 6pm

**Working Day**: Weekdays Only

**Working Location**: Mutiara Central Cheras, Kuala Lumpur

**Number of Pax**: 1

**Salary Range**: RM2500 to RM5000 (depends on experience)

As an Account cum Admin Executive, you will be responsible for handling the financial and administrative tasks for multiple company profiles. Your duties will include managing accounts payable and receivable, preparing financial statements, reconciling bank statements, coordinating with vendors and clients, liaising with outsourced accounting firms, and handling administrative tasks such as office management, documentation, and correspondence.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Manage accounts payable and receivable for multiple company profiles.

2. Prepare and maintain financial records, including invoices, receipts, and bank statements.

3. Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.

4. Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.

5. Coordinate with vendors and clients regarding payments and invoices.

6. Liaise with outsourced accounting firms for financial reporting and compliance.

7. Handle administrative tasks such as office management, document filing, and correspondence.

8. Assist in payroll processing and employee expense reimbursements.

9. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.

10. Provide support to the management team as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting and administrative roles.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial data management.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Prior experience in liaising with outsourced accounting firms is preferred but not required.
- Prefer CN female

Benefit:
