Ultimately, a successful Admin should ensure the efficient and smooth day-to-day operation of the Strategic Business Unit.
- Perform filing and general administrative tasks.
- Manage and lead a team of staff to ensure that operations are efficient, effective, and aligned with the company’s goals and objectives.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and negotiators.
- Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the accounting department, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger accounting.
- Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
- Ensuring timely and accurate recording of financial transactions.
- Managing the monthly close process and ensuring compliance with accounting policies and procedures.
- Developing and maintaining accounting policies and procedures.
- Ensuring compliance with tax regulations and reporting requirements.
- Coordinating with external auditors and providing necessary support for the annual audit.
- Managing the accounting team, including hiring, training, and performance management.
- Any other responsibilities/tasks assigned by the Management from time to time.

**Job Requirements**
- At least 3 years working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Preferably with knowledge in Accounting/Finance, Payroll and Office Admin.
- Good clear communication and presentation skills in English, Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia, both written and verbal.
- Meticulous, systematic, responsible and able to work with minimum supervision.
- Integrity and responsible
- Hands-on and result oriented and ability to work under tight deadlines and challenging environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
