Account Executive

Perform filing, data entry and maintaining financial records
- Prepare sales related documents (purchase order & sales invoices)
- Assist to prepare payment vouchers and monthly closing.
- Perform any other duties & responsibilities related to administration as required
- Ad-hoc tasks as assigned by superior from time to time
- Prepare Company's Full Set of Accounting Documents.
- Bookkeeping (Claims and Filing).
- Generate day to day transaction and monthly report.
- Identify and communicate accounting and auditing matters to seniors and
managers.
- Good telephone etiquette and customer service skills.
- Computer literate with good knowledge of MS Office Application,Sql Account, AutoCount
- Software and SQL software
- Work within minimum supervision and self initiative.
- Able to join immediately
