**Job Title: Accounts Executive (Oxburgh International School)**
**Location**: Oxburgh International School, Batu 9 Cheras
Oxburgh International School, offering education from early years to secondary level, is seeking a skilled and meticulous Accounts Executive to join our finance team. This role is crucial in maintaining the financial health and accuracy of our institution. If you have a strong background in accounting and a passion for working in an educational environment, we encourage you to apply.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Monitor daily communications and respond to queries at the bursary.
- Ensure accuracy of payments, amounts, and financial records.
- Work with spreadsheets, sales and purchase ledgers, and journals.
- Record and file transactions systematically.
- Control credit and chase outstanding debts.
- Process and file invoices accurately and promptly.
- Maintain stock control to ensure adequate supplies and resources.
- Perform TNG reconciliation to ensure accuracy of financial data.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial policies are adhered to.
**Qualifications**:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a related accounting role.
- Proficiency in using accounting software and MS Office, especially Excel.
- Ability to converse fluently in English and Mandarin.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in managing financial records.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in an educational setting is a plus.

**Salary Range**: RM2500 to RM3500
**Working Hours**:
- Monday to Friday: 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM
- Saturday: 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM
