Account Executive/assistant

Responsibilities
- Follow up on payment received
- Update to Excel File
- Maintain up-to-date billing accounting system
- Generate and send out tax invoices & official receipt
- Monitor customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments and other irregularities
- investigate and resolve customer queries
- Ensure proper filling
- Any other duties assigned by superior as and when required(guidance provided)

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Certificate / Diploma in LCCI in Accounting or equivalent
- Practical knowledge accounting system (SQL)
- Able to work well with others as a team and possess good personality
- Required language (s) : English, Mandarin (Optional)
- Female preferable
- Minimum 1 year experience. Less experience with high caliber is also welcomed
- Able to start work immediately would be advantage

**Benefits**:
