Account Executive

Cheras, Malaysia PMP Sdn Bhd Full time

Responsibilities:

- To assist the maintenance of the full set of accounts;
- To process incoming and outgoing daily post, as well as responding to any inquiries;
- To liaise with clients, resolving issues and ensuring all deadlines are met;
- To ensure all financial reporting is completed accurately and in accordance with accounting standards;
- To fulfill accounting and administrative needs by monitoring daily financial, accounting and administrative accounts;
- To liaise closely with external parties such as bankers, tax agents and auditors;
- To coordinate with other departments to arrange any documentation by the external parties;
- To handle the account’s budget and send invoice to clients;
- To take charge in controlling credit and chasing debt;
- To provide full financial management report, audit and tax computation;
**Requirements**:

- At least 3 years of working experience in accounting field;
- Proficiency in UBS Accounting Software, MS Excel, MS Word;
- Required languages: Chinese, English and Malay;
- Highly driven, determined and confident, able to work independently with least supervision;
- Ability to work under tight deadline and multi-tasking;
- Full-time position only.
