Our Client is an established company providing accounting and taxation advisory services. Position: Admin Assistant Location: Connaught Cheras, KL Responsibilities: Process general administration functions. Coordinate communication between clients and accounting staff. Responsible to receive and verify bills and requisitions for goods and services. Create and manage daily paperwork for mailing as well as invoicing. Organize and maintain the office files. Requirements: Min Diploma in Admin. Min 1 years(s) working experience in administration. A team player and able to work with minimum supervision. Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadline. Bahasa Malaysia, English & Mandarin or Cantonese. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. REMUNERATION PACKAGES: Basic: RM 2,200 (can stretch up to RM2500) EPF, SOCSO, EIS: Yes Working Days: Monday to Friday Working time: 9.00am - 6.00pm
