We are looking for Admin Assistant
- To handle paperwork, administrative task, filing documents and support duties
- To assist administrative support to executives and senior management
- arrange thumbprints of customers buying and selling in the E-Auto system and make reservations in PUSPAKOM
- Issue invoices, payment vouchers,quotations and so on for customers
- Prepare insurance for customers
- Working hours - Monday to Friday - 10am - 6:30pm
- Saturday Half Day [Alternate] - 10am - 1pm
- Location - Bandar Tun Razak, Cheras
