Finance and Admin Executive

Handle full set of accounts, G/L postings for B/S and P&L
- Autonomously update and maintain A/R and A/P accounts
- Support on Treasury Management, staff expenses claim reimbursements and petty cash
- Conduct monthly bank and G/L reconciliations
- Produce regular reports and analysis on costs and revenues
- Provided support in financial analysis, cash-flow management/planning, month-end closing of P&L and B/S
- Monitoring office expenditures
- Liaising with auditors and tax authorities when required
- Compliance with SST and tax requirements
- In charge of HR Admin function and payroll postings
- Support other company functions in ad-hoc analysis
- Maintain proper filing of accounting documents and ensure systems are maintained and updated on a regular basis
- Undertake any other tasks and / or responsibilities that may be assigned by the management
**Salary**: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
