Ensure the organization's financial practices adhere to legal and ethical standards. - Team Management: Lead and manage a team of financial professionals. Provide mentorship, training, and performance feedback to foster a high-performing and collaborative work environment. - Stakeholder Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, financial institutions, auditors, and regulatory authorities. - Continuous Improvement: Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging financial technologies, and best practices. Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and streamlining financial operations.
