- Prepare departmental orders for goods and services; verify for accuracy, pricing, quantity before issuing PR
- Processing of PR and PO to approved external suppliers
- Liaison with approved suppliers as and when necessary
- To check product specification, stock availability, delivery times etc
- Reconcile orders, investigate and resolve discrepancies, do goods receiving and enter into Inventory control at PMO system
- Maintain computer inventory control system, monitor inventory, prepare the reports
- Maintain accuracy of daily reports and do a price comparison for the new purchases.
- Maintain of the Supplier catalogue library
- To undertake any other duties as necessary within the purchasing function as required by the Management

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Diploma or Certificate in Business, Business Admin or in other equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 3- 5 years of working experience in the related field
- Having experience in the hospital setting will be added advantages
- Good communication and bargaining skills
- Matured & high confident level
- Meticulous and details working ethics
- able to review, analyze& differentiate detailed vendors
- Complete the task within the stipulated time frame and fast in action
- Work independently with mínimal supervision

**Salary**: From RM2,000.00 per month
