**Responsibilities**:

- Provide excellent sales & customer services in retail outlets to achieve sales targets

Memberikan layanan dan jualan di tahap terbaik
- Handle enquiries and respond to customers’ feedback in professional manner

Menerima dan menyelesaikan setiap masalah pelanggan secara profesional
- Develop and maintain good relationships with customers

Membina dan menjaga hubungan dengan setiap pelanggan
- Assist in daily operations

Bertanggungjawab dalam operasi harian
- Perform ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned

Membantu untuk tugasan tambahan dari pengurus atau pemilik
- Shift duty is required

Waktu kerja dari jam 10 pagi hingga 6 petang

**Requirements**:

- SPM / O level or above

Mempunyai sijil SPM dan ke atas
- With sales experience preferably in retail / jewellery industry / luxury brands optional

Berpengalaman dalam bidang Emas dan barangan mewah sekiranya ada
- Presentable and outgoing

Penampilan yang kemas
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills optional

Mempunyai pengalaman menguruskan pelanggan sekiranya ada
- Conversant with English and Bahasa Malaysia,

Boleh berkomunikasi dalam Inggeris atau Bahasa Melayu
