Inventory Analyst Duties and Responsibilities - Manage, review, verify stock, purchase, QA and manufacture materials - Record and Manage New Stock arrivals/Existing Stock with Production support, any variations to be investigated and reported to management - Manage inventory procurement through Autocount software. - Communicate with Production to ensure sufficient stock and accurate records - Create and develop good recoding systems to manage stock usage, scrap and inventory - Manage delivery of raw material to production through communication with materials handlers using FIFO. - Collect, document, monitor and review inventory data for accuracy and timeliness within Autocount system - Responsible for analyzing financial value inventory data and generating monthly dashboard/reports to ensure inventory accuracy - Analyze past results, perform variance analysis, and make recommendations for improvements - Coordinating with other members, such as Admin Exec. & Accountant when required to review financial information i.e Inventory and forecasts - Performs other duties as assigned
