1. Engage in the development of varieties of honeybee products. 2. Provide lab tests for all honeybees products to comply with international standards. 3. Drive product improvement, support quality parameter and criteria of honeybees products. 4. Work closely with Quality and Production Department to manage the highest quality standard. 5. Able to perform laboratory testing for honeybee product according to international quality standard which also meets good manufacturing practices, sample scale-up, production requirements, regulatory compliances etc. 6. Pro-actively monitor quality performance and stability in honeybees products 7. Provide support and exchange information with other colleague. 8. Support to manage lab facilities, keep lab clean with all ingredients in stock ready for use with adequate expiry dates.
