**DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES**:
1. Providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
2. Handling customer inquiries, billing, issuing PO and collects payments.
3. Update customer records in the company database as required
4. Attending walk-in customers politely on sales-related matters.
5. To follow up with vendors on the items that have been rejected during the good receives processes.
6. Assisting in monthly/quarterly stock take.
7. Data entry and keeping accurate records.
8. Handling of admin and billing documentation for order fulfillment and deliveries
9. Maintain good housekeeping and ensure cleanliness of the working environment.
10. To do good receive by inspecting, checking, packing, marking, staging of the goods purchased before storing in the respective shelve.
11. Processing, packing and shipping customer orders on timely basis.
12. To execute good issue and retrieval of spare parts from the shelf in the storeroom.
13. Supports the team members by performing tasks related to organization and strong communication.
14. Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
15. Report any inventory or service issues to management and the appropriate Account Manager immediately
16. Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the superior.

**; Requirements**: - QUALIFICATIONS
A. Knowledge, Skills and Experience
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in handling sales-related activities.
- Basic Administration knowledge in documentation/filing handling and data entry skills.
- Must be able to communicate well in English and Malay.
- Proficiency in MS Office Software (MS Word, Excel, PPT) and the ability to pick up systems quickly.
- A proven track record of working in retail sales and achieving sales quota.
- Independent with good interpersonal and communication skills.
