Responsibilities:

- Manage master list of employees system
- Manage daily attendance system (Attendance & OT)
- Checking and verify the overtime summary sheets and monthly claims.
- Update workers name list to panel clinics in monthly basic
- Liase with government agencies related HR matters
- Maintains stock lists and orders for office supplies as needed
- IT, phone, photocopier machine, fire extinguisher and other office equipment arrangement
- Filling office documentation.
- Other ad-hoc assignment from time to time

Requirement:

- Able to communicate and interact with various level of staff-Computer literate, experience in operating HR software
- Excellent written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia

**Salary**: RM2,200.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
