Simpang Ampat, Malaysia Semiotic Construction Sdn.Bhd. Full time

Responsible to source, negotiate and order construction materials.
- Responsible to maintain complete updated purchasing records/data and pricing in the system.
- Responsible to generate, review, and follow up on purchase orders, delivery schedules and payments with finance team.
- Responsible in managing schedule changes, cancellations and overseeing the supply and delivery of materials and products.
- Responsible to evaluate vendor’s quotation to ensure that they are in line with the specifications required for the project.
- Responsible to source, obtain pricing/quotation from supplier and able to do pricing comparison during tender stage.
- Responsible to maintain good record of files and documentation (purchase orders, contracts, etc.)
- Responsible to monitor and maintain appropriate inventory levels.
- Responsible in renewing company license. (CIDB, MBSP & etc.)
- Responsible in renewing factory work permit. (HIRACH, SIPP& etc.)
- Responsible to undertake any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

**Job Requirement**
- No experience is required.
- Required Skill(s): Microsoft Project, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word
- Self-motivated, able to work independently.
- Internship is available.

**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM1,800.00 per month

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay

- Simpang Ampat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
