Generate and process Purchase Requisition (PR) in accordance with departmental order requests.
- Proactively engage with suppliers to ensure timely delivery or shipment of goods, and maintain consistent communication to track order progress.
- Maintain regular communication with vendors to obtain quotes, negotiate prices, track order statuses, and resolve any discrepancies or issues that may arise.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, including purchase orders, invoices, receipts, and contracts, ensuring proper documentation for auditing purposes.
- Provide administrative support to the purchasing department, including filing documents, responding to inquiries, and assisting with special projects as assigned.

**Job Requirement**
- Minimum SPM or Diploma certification in related field.
- Prior experience in purchasing role is preferred, fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Good organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail with a focus on accuracy in data entry, order processing and documentation.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel).

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
