Inventory & Operations Assistant (Based in Bangi)

**ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- To ensure completeness of Invoice/GRM posting
- To perform order processing for manual order/DC delivery
- To perform POD & ensure accuracy before posting
- To verify on pricing, item, & completeness of document for Invoice/Credit Notes
- To highlight any issue of price discrepancy to the respective AR/Key Account
- To highlight if any wrong key in data in system
- To ensure customer reference number recorded & accurate for invoice /CN
- To compile all required invoices by AR team and Sales for payment purpose
- To ensure Invoice and Credit Note are filling in proper manner in the box.
- To follow up with Salesman for any incomplete document surrender
- To issue customer relevant credit/debits notes
- To perform invoice/CN posting in system
- To ensure completeness of DOB CN/Invoice posting
- To liaise with Agent on daily invoice/CN & Unsettle Invoice/CN
**REQUIREMENTS (Education, Years of Experience, Skills, Etc)**
- Diploma in Business/Accounting
- 1-3 years’ experience in related field
- Age not more than 35 years old
- Able to work under minimum supervision
- Possess own transport
- Willing to travel
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: RM1,700.00 - RM1,900.00 per month
