Technician (Spfm-kl)

**Job Responsibilities:
- To effectively carry out repair works (customer complaint/building defects) as per work order generated or upon superior’s instructions.
- To ensure that all works carried out are properly documented and reported to superior upon completion.
- Ensure all work orders issued are completed without delays.
- Supervision of service/maintenance contractors to ensure that all services provided are in accordance to the agreed service level
- Supervision of renovation contractor to ensure that works has been done in accordance with plan and condition approval.
- To carry out daily inspection of all the M & E installations and prepare a daily reports stating the operating condition.
- To trouble shoot and rectify all electrical and mechanical faults immediately.
- To carry out all types of plumbing works such as clearing of blockages, rectifying leakages in common area, etc.
- To carry out handyman’s works such as mason works, carpentry works, painting, general repairs
