Account Clerk

Full set of account.
- To perform monthly bank reconciliation & monthly analysis.
- Daily online payment & daily collection.
- Balance sheet reconciliations & outstanding items identification.
- To handle day-to-day operational finance & accounting duties.
- To handle FA, AP, AR & GL.
- To liaise with auditor, tax agent, company sectary & bankers.
- To assist for audit, stock take & fixed asset sighting.
- Preparing AP Payment (Utilities, Rental, Supplier & Other Payables).
- To in-charge of stationary.
- Assist in month-end closing activities.
- To perform any other task assigned by superior.
**Job Requirement**:
- Required skill(s): MS Office.
- SAP knowledge is a must.
- At least 1 year experience required for this position.
- Good communication in English, Bahasa Malaysia or Mandarin.
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental pay types:
- Overtime pay
