**ROLES, RESPONSIBILITY AND AUTHORITY**:
a) Assist in developing, implementing, and monitoring health, safety, and environmental procedures and programs.

b) Auditing warehouse, keeping on the lookout for any unsafe behaviors or breaks in regulations.

c) Assist in conducting HIRARC assessment, assessing risk and possible safety and environmental hazards inspection, and follow up on the improvement action plans.

d) Assist with safety meetings and follow up on the improvement action plans.

e) Assist with related training and coaching to all employees and check on the effectiveness of training such as health and workplace safety and other occupational and environmental topics.

f) Assist in Investigating causes of accidents and other unsafe conditions on the job site while coordinating on the emergency response activities and drills related.

g) Responsible for performing a health check on the fire-fighting equipment and servicing.

h) Assist Investigate accidents, incidents, and complaints and recommend corrective measures to prevent similar occurrences.

i) Assist in monitoring compliance of local and HQ regulations related to health, safety and environmental policies

j) Liaise with local authorities related to HSE issues such as DOSH, MOH and BOMBA and external contractors, suppliers and internal personnel regarding HSE topics on maintenance services.

k) Monitor inventory stock and request to purchase approved items related to First Aid or Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).

l) Support in new HSE implementation programs and any new projects assigned to HSE.

**QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE**:

- Must have at least a **Diploma** in Industrial/ Occupational Safety and health studies, or relevant professional qualification.
- **Minimum 1 year of experience **in HSE related field.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills with a pleasant personality
- Good communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Offices.
- Able to **work independently** with less supervision.
- **Fresh graduates** are encouraged to apply.

**Location: Ara Damansara, Petaling Jaya, Selangor**

**Possess own transport**

**Able to travel within branch in Selangor**

**Can start working immediately**

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
