RESPONSIBILITIES:
- To perform a variety of clerical duties such as typing, copying & compiling data, maintaining & filing records and reports, and handling paperwork.
- Prepare, issue, and send out packaging slips, mail, invoices, bills, purchase request, delivery order and receipts.
- To coordinate technical evaluation (TE), keyin technical data for HSE, material and quality work.
- To liaise with clients, service users and agencies as appropriate to the work of the section
- To assist in preparing job tender.
- Any other additional duties from the Manager.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Required language(s) : Malay & English
- Minimum SPM
Fresh graduate
