Thus, we are looking for an HR & Admin intern to:

- Liasing with Hiring Manager for recruitment process like screening, scouting and setting up interviews
- Process recruitment-related documentations
- Assist in setting up phone/ face to face interviews
- Assist in Office Management related queries to ensure smooth office operations and environment
- Assist Operations Executive and Finance Department with Staff Claim Management
- Working closely with HR Manager regarding employee relations tasks, like Leaves Management, Attendance etc
- Coordinate with HR & Admin Department in planning and running employee engagement activities for staff engagement.
- Assist in planning and preparing for company events
- Attend to any ad-hoc tasks required by HR Manager

**Job Requirements**
- Excellent verbal and written communication as well as **presentation skills**:

- Persuasive and excellent influencing skills
- Individual who is creative, proactive and always eager to create new ideas
- Individual who is extrovert, passionate, resourceful, self-motivated, highly committed, a team player and able to motivate others
- **An unending willingness to learn**:

- Must be willing to work in a highly dynamic and challenging startup environment
- Able to commute to our office at Ara Damansara
- Any editing skills would be appreciated like Canva etc.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Internship

**Salary**: RM800.00 per month
