HR & Admin Assistant

To provide day-to-day support in broad spectrum HR functions
- To assist in the recruitment process such as posting job advertisements, conducting phone screening for shortlisting, arranging interviews etc. aligned with local regulations, Company policies and procedures.
- To assist in the preparation of employment documentation (e.g. employment contract, appraisals, letters)
- Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training and etc.), take minutes and issue memos when required
- Handle and resolve employee queries/issues in a timely manner
- Coordinate orientation and training sessions for new employees
- Liaise with government agencies on office administration, personnel, and legal matters
- Keep up with any new or amendments to the Employment Act and Employment regulations
- Support the Finance and Admin Manager in daily administrative matters.
- Handle general administrative duties and clerical support
**; Requirements**:
- Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Management, Human Resources or equivalent.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- 1 - 2 years of relevant working experience in a related field is an added advantage.
- Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Ability to start immediately or within short notice will be an advantage.
- Highly responsible, self-disciplined, self-managed, self-motivated.
- Must have a high level of confidentiality
- A great eye for detail and service oriented.
