**Job Summary**:
The Admin Clerk will perform routine clerical duties to support the organization.
**Duties/Responsibilities**:
- Maintain files and records.
- Sorts incoming mail and delivers to the appropriate department or individual, processes outgoing mail.
- Answer the phone direct calls to appropriate individuals and prepares messages.
- Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
- Assist in office management and organization procedures.
- Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents.
- Update office policies as needed.
- Manages calendars and schedules appointments.
- Assist in making travel arrangements and booking venues for conferences and events.
- Assist colleagues whenever necessary.
**Required Skills/Abilities**:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office or related software.
- Multi-tasking abilities.
**Education and Experience**:
- Entry-level applicants, fresh graduate, or diploma in office administration or relevant field is preferred.
**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
