- Prepare related documents and labels for production department use
- _Menyediakan dokumen dan label berkaitan untuk kegunaan jabatan pengeluaran_
- Record, and proofread data and other information, such as records or reports
- _Merekodkan, dan mengesahkan data dan maklumat lain, seperti rekod atau laporan_
- Maintain and update filing, inventory, mailing, and database systems, either manually or using a computer to ensure accurate inventory records
- _Mengekalkan dan mengemas kini sistem pemfailan, inventori, mel, dan pangkalan data, sama ada secara manual atau menggunakan komputer untuk memastikan rekod inventori yang tepat_
- Assist to generate, update and collect checklist for production use
- _Membantu menjana, mengemas kini dan mengumpulkan senarai semak untuk kegunaan pengeluaran_
- Check and sort incoming order, review files, records, and other documents before proceed the requests to related person
- _Memeriksa and menyusun pesanan masuk, menyemak semula fail, rekod, dan dokumen lain sebelum mengemukakan pesanan kepada pihak tertentu_
- Perform any interdepartmental transfer or ad hoc basis as and when instructed by superior
- _Melakukan apa-apa pindahan dalam jabatan atau asas ad hoc seperti yang diarahkan oleh pihak atasan _
- Performs other duties as assigned by superior from time to time
- _Melaksanakan tugas lain seperti yang ditetapkan oleh pihak atasan dari semasa ke semasa _

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
