Job Summary:

The Admin Clerk will perform routine clerical duties to support the organization.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Maintain files and records.
  • Sorts incoming mail and delivers to the appropriate department or individual, processes outgoing mail.
  • Answer the phone direct calls to appropriate individuals and prepares messages.
  • Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
  • Assist in office management and organization procedures.
  • Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents.
  • Update office policies as needed.
  • Manages calendars and schedules appointments.
  • Assist in making travel arrangements and booking venues for conferences and events.
  • Assist colleagues whenever necessary.

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office or related software.
  • Multitasking abilities.

Education and Experience:

  • Entrylevel applicants, fresh graduate, or diploma in office administration or relevant field is preferred.

Salary:
RM2, RM3,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
