**工作职责：**
- 制定品牌发展策略，统筹品牌部门的管理工作。
- 制定和实施年度市场推广计划（媒介宣传、品牌形象等），把控和提升品牌形象，塑造品牌内外形象和文化。
- 负责品牌产品生命周期管理，制定和实施年度产品计划，合理规划产品线和相关营销策略。
- 负责公司产品官网的搭建，熟悉shopify建站相关流程。
- 负责独立站产品的整体运营，规划和管理产品线、制定运营计划，负责产品编辑与导入，优化产品的展示和分类。
- 规划全年营销推广活动节奏，推动用户管理，负责用户体系的建设，提升用户活跃度。
- 负责管理或协助广告投放，熟悉独立站营销手段，包含但不限于SEO、SEM、社媒、红人等跟踪效果。
- 负责海外主流社交媒体和专业论坛的营销工作（如Facebook、Google、Tiktok等)的内容编辑、发布、维护、管理、互动.
- 利用社交媒体平台推广公司的品牌、产品和活动，提高品牌、产品影响力和关注度。
- 负责运营策略的执行，定期策划并执行线上营销活动，与用户建立有效互动关系。
- 策划并执行针对网站的推广活动，通过有效运营手段提升粉丝活跃度，增加粉丝数量。
- 策划制定并落地欧美地区品牌推广方案（KOL Campaign方向）,包括新品上新、日常or重要节点推广等。
- 深度了解欧美地区全平台红人生态，负责KOL的开发和维护，对KOL的合作数量增长，留存等负责。
- 梳理和合作欧美地区符合品牌调性的媒介，负责PR相关的内容输出和对效果负责。
- 管理相关营销Agency/KOL等,把控推广项目按预期落地。

**任职要求：**
- 消费类电子产品、家电行业的丰富经验，有独立主导过品牌整合营销及传播的成功案例。
- 精通中文和英文，均可作为工作交流语言。
- 本科及以上学历，英语能力优秀。
- 熟悉海外市场营销，有红人资源或广告投放能力（FB/Google等）者优先考虑
- 熟悉海外各大社交媒体平台。
- 熟悉国外文化者优先，文案功底强，能熟练撰写软文，活动策划文案，制作短视频，掌握推广市场的动向与趋势优先考虑。
- 具备媒介沟通经验，包括KOL/媒体等。
- 较强的agency管理能力。
- 有优秀品牌推广案例的优先考虑。

**Main Duties/ Responsibilities**:

- Develop brand development strategies and coordinate the management work of the brand department.
- Develop and implement annual marketing promotion plans (media publicity, brand image, etc.), control and enhance brand image, and shape brand's internal and external image and culture.
- Responsible for brand product lifecycle management, developing and implementing annual product plans, and reasonably planning product lines and related marketing strategies.
- Responsible for building the company's product official website, familiar with Shopify website construction-related processes.
- Responsible for the overall operation of independent station products, planning and managing product lines, formulating operation plans, responsible for product editing and import, and optimizing product display and classification.
- Plan the rhythm of marketing and promotion activities throughout the year, promote user management, responsible for the construction of user systems, and improve user activity.
- Responsible for managing or assisting in advertising placements, familiar with stand-alone station marketing methods, including but not limited to SEO, SEM, social media, influencers, etc., tracking effectiveness.
- Responsible for marketing work on mainstream overseas social media and professional forums (such as Facebook, Google, TikTok, etc.), including content editing, publishing, maintenance, management, and interaction.
- Utilize social media platforms to promote the company's brand, products, and activities, and enhance brand and product influence and visibility.
- Responsible for executing operational strategies, regularly planning and executing online marketing activities, and establishing effective interactive relationships with users.
- Plan and execute promotion activities for the website, increase fan activity and the number of fans through effective operational methods.
- Plan, develop, and implement brand promotion strategies in Europe and America (with a focus on KOL campaigns), including new product launches, daily or important event promotions, etc.
- Deeply understand the influencer ecosystem across all platforms in Europe and America, responsible for the development and maintenance of KOLs, and accountable for the growth and retention of KOL collaborations.
