We are hiring a versatile professional to fulfill the roles of both ICT and Administration Officer. This individual will be responsible for:
2. Troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues and escalating problems as needed.

3. Installing, configuring, and maintaining computer systems, software, and peripherals.

4. Monitoring system performance, security, and data backups.

5. Conducting regular system maintenance and updates.

6. Implementing security protocols to protect data and systems.

7. Training staff members on hardware and software usage.

8. Documenting IT procedures and maintaining a knowledge base.

9. Collaborating with the IT team on new projects and staying updated on IT trends for improvements.

1. Coordinating and overseeing administrative activities.

2. Managing office supplies and equipment.

4. Organizing and scheduling meetings, appointments, and events.

5. Preparing reports and presentations.

6. Maintaining and updating records and databases.

7. Liaising with vendors, suppliers, and service providers.

8. Assisting in new employee onboarding and maintaining personnel records.

9. Supporting other departments with administrative tasks.

10. Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
