**Job brief**
- Our growing company is seeking to hire a sales & marketing manager who will be responsible for supervising and organizing our sales & marketing team. You will be in charge of managing organizational sales by developing business plans, meeting planned goals, and coordinating with our marketing department on lead generation. You will also be tasked with overseeing the activities and performance of your sales team by tracking sales goals, setting individual sales targets, and facilitating the ongoing training of your sales people.

**Responsibilities**
- Develop sales and targeting strategies
- Manage sales teams & allocate sales resources based on the plans
- Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls.
- Meeting planned sales goals.
- Setting individual sales targets with the sales team.
- Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary.
- Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team.
- Coordinating with marketing on lead generation.
- The ongoing training of your salespeople.
- Developing your sales team through motivation, counseling, and product knowledge education.
- Promoting the organization and products.
- Understand our ideal customers and resellers and how they relate to our products.

**Requirements**:

- BS/MS degree in business administration or a related field
- 3-5 years experience in sales / marketing
- Experience in management may be advantageous.
- Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
- Strong analytical, organizational, and creative thinking skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Knowledge of data analysis and report writing.
- The ability to understand and follow company policies and procedures.
- The ability to work under pressure.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Contract

**Salary**: From RM4,500.00 per month

**Education**:

- STM/STPM (preferred)

- Retail sales: 3 years (preferred)
