Shipping Officer

**SHIPPING OFFICER**

1. Communicate and maintain good rapport with shipping agents and customers

2. Arrange Export shipments with 3rdParty Logistics warehouse and forwarders

3. Prepare shipping documentations like invoice, certificate of origin, etc and submit documents according to Letter of Credit requirements.

4. Prepare shipping instructions to carrier/shippling companies

5. Prepare documents to bank, MIDA, MITI, Embassies, Chambers of Commerce and other related agents.

6. Monitor import shipping matters

7. Monitor shipments’ departure and arrival

8. Adjust and update lead time on shipment routings

**Requirements**:
1. Experienced at least 3 years

2. Matured and good communication skills

3. Minimum SPM level

4. Immediate availability preferred

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
