**Position Title: Quantity Surveyor Executive**

**About the Job**

Are you looking for a position as a Quantity Surveyor Executive? If yes, you are on the right page As Quantity Surveyor, you are responsible for managing and controlling the costs associated with building and construction engineering projects. To ensure that a project is completed within budget while meeting the required quality and standards. Quantity Surveyors play a crucial role in the financial and contractual aspects of construction projects.

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for managing, monitoring and contract administration of the project.
- Manage and coordinate all project related contractual matters.
- Responsible for pre and post contract management, monitoring materials.
- Constructions cost and procurement, variation order and final materials.
- Preparation of cost estimate, tender document & Letter of Award.
- Responsible for measurement and taking-off quantities.
- Evaluate and prepare the project progress claims and verify the sub-contractor's monthly claims.
- Ensure that tender documents, Letter of Award, BQ, contract documents, quotations, submission, etc are in order.
- Responsible for tender costing and preparation of tender documents for submission.

**Qualifications & Requirements**
- At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for the junior position(s).
- Fluent in Mandarin is preferred as role requires to deal with Mandarin translation and documentation.

**Salary**: RM3,800.00 - RM4,300.00 per month

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Quantity Surveyor: 2 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- Chinese (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

- Bangsar South (preferred)
