Assisting in the process of packaging, labeling. and preparing items for shipment. This

includes ensuring that all necessary documentation. such as shipping labels and customs forms, is properly completed.
- Handling shipping documentation, including bills of lading. invoices, and delivery receipts. Ensuring that all documentation is accurate and filed correctly.
- Working with carriers and freight forwarders to schedule and coordinate shipments. This may involve negotiating rates and ensuring timely delivery.
- Monitoring the status of shipments and providing updates to relevant parties such as customers and internal teams. Addressing any delays or issues that arise during the shipping process.
- Assisting in general warehouse tasks, such as receiving incoming shipments, organizing inventory, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
- Accurately entering shipping information into computer systems and maintaining organized records of all shipments and related documentation.
- Ensure compliance of government statutory requirement related to import/export shipment activities.

- Preparation of custom monthJy report ( M I, M2 & subcontract) & yearly report.
- Preparation declaration K l/K.2/K9 for customer under FIZ area.
- To raise "purchase requisition" for carriage inward and outward of forwarders. courier and transporter billing purpose.
- Staying informed about shipping regulations, customs requirements, and import/export law to ensure shipments are in compliance with relevant rules and regulations.

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
