**Job Summary**

The key accountabilities of Sales Executive are to achieve sales target, develop and pursuing new sales prospects and maintaining relationship with regular customer and their satisfaction also. The other responsibilities are to assist Sales Manager to develop and execute sales strategic, cooperate with internal department for manage customer order and search potential trade show.

**Key **Accountabilities**

**1. Achieve annual revenue target**
- To grow regular customers
- To explore new opportunities in Asia’s market
- To develop attractive sales promotion for increase their purchase intention
- To keep track of regular customers purchase trend

**2. Maintain relationship and build rapport with customer**
- To send sales order to customer within 24 hours upon receiving of new purchase order
- To conduct survey about customer satisfaction
- To attend to customers problems or enquiries within 24 hours.
- To visit customers at exhibition / office
- To maintain contact with customers at least once every 3 months.

**3. Manage customer order**
- To finalize packing standard or any special requirement with customer
- To follow up order status with internal departments
- To ensure on time delivery
- To provide customers latest product certificate if needed
- To provide professional information when they develop new packaging in their private label
- To communicate with customer when problem arises

**4. Conduct market research**
- To analyze threats and competitors to existing range of products in Asia’s market
- To analyze the market needed of each country in Asia’s market
- To aware of new product information of our competitors

**5. Assist sales manager to develop and execute sales strategic**
- To update sales manager about the sales status in Asia’s market
- To update market information to sales manager
- To provide sales strategic for sales manager’s reference

**6. Cooperate with internal department for manage customer order**
- To provide clear information of customer requirement for internal department
- To provide solution for internal department when facing issue during operate customer order

**7. Assist sales manager to search potential trade show**
- To search potential trade show through MREPC marketplace, MARGMA, competitors past exhibition record
- To combine trade show information for MD consideration
- To find out the cost of per exhibition for sales manager calculate sales budget

**Requirements**:
1. Bachelor’s Degree in any major (Degree in Business Management/ Administration/marketing will be an advantage)

2. At least 3 years of experience relevant sales and marketing field (has experience in export market will be an advantage)

3. **Mastery in Japanese/Korean/Vietnamese/Thai (Siamese) will be an advantage**

4. Proficiency in English speaking and writing

5. Familiar with basic shipping process

6. Strong analytical and presentation skill

7. Keen learner, Good solo player and yet team player
