Prepare, monitor and analysis (data accuracy) more than 10 types of Nadi (previously known as PEDi) reports for Maxis & Digi
- Reduce Nadi (previously known as PEDi) staff (Maxis & Digi) disciplinary issue to help to increase overall human capital cost. -percentage of warning letter issuance to staff.
- Guide /assist Nadi (previously known as PEDi) Rakan Digital staff (Maxis & Digi) to engage local E-entrepreneur.
- Handles few HR related items for Nadi staff including handle the interview, staff appointments, and manage staff HR system (Eco Leave under Sprintz)

Skills and experience
- Bachelor’s Degree (in any discipline).
- At least 3 years of working experience in the management or communication and HR.
- Passionate and experienced with social impact programmes at Nadi
- Strong written and verbal communication skills including the ability to deliver engaging, in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Ability to listen, understand, and communicate in writing and/or in speaking with others and engage comfortably with internal and external stakeholders.
- Great collaboration skills, and the ability to meet deadlines across a range of activities.
- Good communication skills and can handle others and engage comfortably with internal and external stakeholders.

- Good in all Microsoft office especially in excel and powerpoint

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
