**Overview**

You will be a part of our support team and provide unparalleled technical support and top-notch customer service to our end users.

**Responsibilities**
- Resolve technical issues related to products and other related technologies.
- To identify, understand, and recommend solutions for customer issues or questions using working knowledge of products and technologies.
- Identify issues and log defects for software improvements.
- Work in other technical areas of software support as customer and business needs demand.
- To support and undertake any other tasks as requested or assigned by the reporting officer.

**Requirements**:

- Degree in GIS/Computer Science/Information Technology/Software Engineering or a related discipline.
- Experience in IT and Networking field is an advantage.
- Strong problem solving and creative skills and the ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions based on accurate and timely analyses.
- Possesses excellent written and oral English skill.
- Willing to work shift hours.

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
