Here are your responsibilities:
**Cafe Supervisor**
- Prepare weekly duty roster for all employees and ensure it’s the most optimum and cost-effective arrangement.
- Submit café stock orders to suppliers or management every week on a day mutually agreed by you.
- Ensure employees clock in & clock out correctly in the POS system and update you on any timesheet errors.
- Conduct employee meeting and spring cleaning once a month.
- Immediately report any issues at the café (i.e. pest, leakage, authorities, equipment malfunction etc.).
- Keep track of petty cash/spending money and collect monies from the cash registers every night during closing.
- Monitor and ensure that the SOPs are adhered to at all times.
- Keep track of the cafés’ daily operations by physically supervising the employees on shift.
- Help new employees familiarize themselves with the café operations and train them and/or brief senior employees on the training focus areas.
- Ensure the customer satisfaction level at both outlets is always excellent.
- Resolve customer complaints/feedback regarding food & beverage quality and customer service in a professional manner and inform the management immediately should there be any issue that you are unable to solve.
- Other ad-hoc tasks as required from time to time.

**Barista**
- Greet customers, take their orders, educate them about our food and drinks and get their feedback.
- Prepare food and drinks according to the standard guidelines.
- Clean, sanitize and tidy the store, equipment and utensils.
- Count, order and refill inventory.
- Address and resolve customer issues in a polite and professional manner.
- Communicate with the other crew members effectively and respectfully.
- Look after the plants in the store.
- And perform other ad-hoc tasks.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum SPM or equivalent.
- Possess own transport and willing to travel.
- Able to speak and write in English.
- At least 1 year of barista experience preferred.
- Customer service and communication skills.
- Able to work independently and in a team.
- Able to work for 10 months.

**Salary**: RM10.00 - RM15.00 per hour
