Job Summary Working under the supervision of the Superior & HOD, the full-time Finance Assistant will carry out duties assigned to them in a professional manner. Will seek to gain knowledge of the companies’ procedures and expand their work ethic. Key Responsibilities Finance 1. Assisting in the preparation of budgets. 2. Managing records and receipts. 3. Reconciling daily, monthly and yearly transactions. 4. Preparing balance sheets. 5. Processing invoices. 6. Developing an in-depth knowledge of organizational products and process. 7. Providing customer service to clients. 8. Resolve financial disputes raised by the customer service and sales teams.
Objective of the company is grateful for the pleasure of serving and meeting every customer need. Provide trade - in car services among customers is something for which we are especially grateful. We also provide car sales, trade in, repairing / service & car rental including wedding event, holiday trips, monthly rental, special event ect.
