ADMIN ASSISTANT

Responsibilites:

- Assist the operations department in administrative work to ensure efficient office operations.
- Manage and organize office files, documents and records, book-keeping, including to organize and organize the maintenance schedule of the company's property.
- Deliver, pick-up and filing documents to various locations.
- Perform ad hoc administrative tasks as required.

Requirements:

- Minimum SPM/STPM/Diploma
- Proficient in using computers at least Excel and Microsoft Words
- Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Must have own transport.
- Able to start work immediately
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and complete tasks on deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Is prepared to respond to messages post working hours.

**Job Type**: Part-Time | Full-time | Contract | Fresh Graduate
Contract Length : 6 months

Pay: RM1500.00 - RM1800.00

Working Hours : 9.00am - 6.00pm | Flexible Schedule

Schedule: Monday to Friday

Ability to Commute:

- Putrajaya (required)

Ability to Relocate:

- Putrajaya: Relocate before starting work (required)
