**MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Monitor and inspect workplaces as well as equipment and take appropriate action to ensure incompliance with OSHA, FMA and Environment Act
- Obtain “Permit-To-Work” for all repair works (Mechanical & Electrical) whenever is required.
- Establish and review Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for all operation needs and requirements such as Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Works and etc.
- Deal with contractor such as sourcing quote, make sure the task or project given are done as our requirements.
- All documents and processes that affect Company are properly verified and authorised and adhere to Company Policies.
- Prepare & Plan budgets via petty cash or vice versa
- Assisting the Chief Engineer in organizing, planning and implementing strategy
- Coordinating daily operations with the Executives, Technicians, Chargeman 33KV, Admins
- Submit Monthly report to Chief Engineer by the 1st week of the month.
- Handle complaints from tenants with a good manner, responsibility attitude
- Make sure all employees adhere to company’s policies and guidelines
- Setting goals for performance and deadlines in ways that comply with company’s plans and vision
- Ensure adherence to legal and company policies and procedures and undertake disciplinary actions if the need arises
- Respond to emergency call when directed by company / IOI management.
- To carry out any other duties/ task required by superior time by time.
- Must able to reads blueprints, drawings and specifications to determine the M&E layout. To ensure efficient completion of any project done by contractors and staffs. Providing adequate services will ensure that all system and are installed, repaired and maintained to meet all standards of building codes and safety

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical & Electronic Engineering or related field
- Minimum 4 years of experience from related field - shopping mall
- Possess own transport
- Willing to travel

**Salary**: RM5,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
