Address customer concerns in reference to product, service rendered or staff interactions.
- Be Hospitality ambassador promoting and uphold “Japanese Hospitality”.
- Train new hires on standard operating procedure (SOP) of company, from how to handle a negative customer experience to how to properly serve customers.
- Supervise and participate in preparation of restaurant to be ready for service, following sequence of work during set-up time and service time.
- Checks that food and beverage orders are delivered as per SOP.
- Monitor staff punctuality and attendance to ensure smooth operation.
- Ensure work area is well maintained and clean at all time, including utensils, equipment etc.
- Ensure workstation is well-stocked and well arranged, before, during and after operation hours.
- Check staff strictly follows company policies and SOP.
- Perform shift Opening or Closing on the POS and tally cash and credit card settlements.
- Ensure that the restaurant is always kept clean and organized, both at the front as well as the kitchen areas.

**Requirements**:

- Must be Malaysian Citizen
- Minimum 1 years of relevant working experience In F&B background or similar role.
- The ability to work under pressure and encourage people.
- Demonstrate positive mindset and attitude.
- Disciplined, self-motivated and keen to learn.
- Strong planning and organizational skills to streamline the operations.
- Problem solving and counselling staff abilities.
