**Job Description:

- **
- Check parts availability and supply required by technicians to ensure no delay in repair work.
- Prepare documents to order parts required in accordance to parts order list.
- Receive stock and verify Delivery Note with PO in order to ensure accurate and good delivery.
- Report on any discrepancy of parts received.
- Assist SA to provide customer with repair or purchase quotation.
- Administrate related documentation for submission to Finance Department as well for audit purposes.
- Practice proper housekeeping and monitor the safety of parts storage.
- Ensure compliance to parts policies and processes to minimize deviation in service levels and maintaining good customer service.
- Perform any other duties that may be delegated from superior from time to time.

**Requirement:

- **
- Minimum Spm, Stpm, Certificate or Diploma or equivalent.
- Fresh graduated are welcome.
- Must posses (D) License.
- Excellent communication skills
- Regular working hours, Monday - Saturday
- Vacancy : Shah Alam/Setia Alam/Bandar Bukit Raja

**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
